We bring all of the tools, equipment, ingredients and cooking know how. You roll up your
sleeves and learn the secrets of pumping up flavor, of using fresh seasonal ingredients
and of making food memories. We arrive a half hour before each class to get organized.
When the cooking is completed, we enjoy the meal together. So as not to cut into cooking
time, before we arrive we ask that you clear off all kitchen counters and set out your plates
and all accouterments necessary to serve the meal and we will provide you with a list.
Each class can be a completely private individual lesson or can include as many family
and friends as is comfortable in your kitchen. Remember, we bring the cooking
equipment for students to use. You supply the china, etc for dining. Your considerations
for class size are each person needs room for a cutting board and a seat, china, etc. at
the table for dining.
We purchase ingredients from a local grocer and we always make choices based on
local, organic, and seasonal. You may make requests and we make every attempt to
adhere to them, based on what is available. The tuition does not include the cost of the food.
You will be given the actual receipt for the purchases and all leftovers are yours to keep. If
you would prefer shopping yourself, we will provide you with a detailed shopping listl.
Beverages are not provided by Chefscool and you are welcome to provide whatever you
like and we would be happy to make suggestions. If wine or liquor is needed for a recipe,
you will be asked to provide it. We cannot purchase or transport any alcoholic beverages.

Cooking classes are a chance for you to cook, laugh and then enjoy a great meal with
